NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Thiel College men's cross country team opened its 2024 season Friday at Westminster College's Fisher Invitational.
 
Andrew Yocum (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) led Thiel in the 5K with a 38^th-place finish in 18:26.58. Cooper Riley (Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown) finished 46^th in 18:45.95.
 
The Tomcats will compete in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Preview at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 7.
