HIRAM, Ohio – The Thiel College Women's Basketball team fell to Hiram College 88-55 on the road this past evening.  
A native from Jefferson Hills, Pa., freshman Bria Ringloff (Jefferson Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) led the Tomcat offense with 10 points and two assists. 
With a team total of 33 rebounds, Ringloff, Maddy Triskett (Orwell, Ohio/Berkshire), and Taylor Susany (Struthers, Ohio/Struthers) each grabbed four boards to guide Thiel's defense.  
Jensen Stehlik (Sagamore Hills, Ohio/Nordonia) (9) and Kayley Risser (Reynolds, Pa./Dubois Central Catholic) (8) both went 3-4 from the field, with Risser picking up two rebounds and both had two assists.  
Thiel was able to keep Hiram to 7-24 (29.2%) from the three-point line throughout the game and 16-41 from the field in the second half.  
The Terrier offense was conducted by Brooke Hickman, who had a 30-point and 20 rebound game to earn herself a double-double.  
Sarah Seaman (14) and Avril Drew (11) had a combined eight rebounds to add to Hiram's defensive set.  
The Tomcats will be back in action December 30th when they take on Pitt-Greensburg at home. The non-conference match-up will begin at 2 p.m. at Beeghly Gymnasium.
