NEW CASTLE, Pa. – The Thiel College men's cross country team ran at the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships Saturday afternoon at the Lawrence Country Fairgrounds.
The Tomcats competed as individuals. Franciscan won the team title, while Saint Vincent's Tim Patterson finished first.
Cooper Riley (Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown) led the Tomcats with a time of 28:27.40, giving him a 42
nd-place finish. Cooper's 42
nd-place finish is the highest for a Thiel freshman since 2013.
Nathaniel Turner (Conneaut Lake, Pa./Conneaut Area) finished 45
th with a time of 28:43.20, while
Andrew Yocum (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) finished 70
th with a time of 30:07.
