GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College community will honor first responders at the home opening football game at 1 p.m. on Saturday as part of the school's celebration of Patriot Day.
Police officers, firefighters, ambulance services, paramedics, EMTs, doctors, nurses, all military members and other personnel who protect and serve this region, along with their families, are welcome to the football game with free admission and parking. Medical and emergency personnel and first responders will be honored at halftime. First responders are also invited to stop by the President's Box to be recognized by Thiel College President Susan Traverso, Ph.D.
Thiel is taking on Allegheny. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. at Alumni Stadium.
All first responders will need a valid ID for free admission.
