PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Thiel College men's lacrosse team lost its final game of the season on the road Saturday to the Chatham Cougars, 19-8.
Bennett Medyn (Macedon, N.Y./Palmyra Macedon) paced the Tomcats with five points (4G, 1A). He also caused two turnovers and picked up two ground balls.
Pat Hartnett (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) scored two goals while
Zach Melin (Chardon, Ohio/Chardon) tallied two points (1G, 1A).
Evan Whiteside (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) won 13 faceoffs.
Kyle Rullan recorded a game-best six points (5G, 1A) for the Cougars.
Jason Masciantonio (Wernersville, Pa./Conrad Weiser) made eight saves for the Tomcats. Shane Gaglione made 11 saves for the Cougars.
