WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Thiel College women's tennis team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match on the road Saturday to the Washington & Jefferson Presidents, 9-0.
 
At third doubles, Madeline Depalma (Ravenna, Ohio/Ravenna) and Emily Peters (Ravenna, Ohio/Ravenna) were defeated 8-4 by Jaelyn Kennedy and Pooja Potluri. Natalie Zgurich (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) and Payton Blankenbeckley (Portsmouth, Ohio/Minford) lost 8-2 to Maya Krishnasamy and Nidhi Pulicherla at first doubles.
 
Thiel will face Pitt Greensburg on the road Thursday. The non-conference match is set to begin at 12:30 p.m.
