GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College Department of Athletics announced Friday its updated attendance policy for the 2021-22 academic year. Full capacity crowds will be permitted for all home athletics events at all on-campus facilities.
 
Regardless of vaccination status, all attendees are required to wear masks over the mouth and nose at all indoor competitions, including volleyball, wrestling and basketball. Attendees without a mask will not be admitted, and failure to comply may result in dismissal from the facility.
 
Fans attending outdoor competitions are asked to continue to adhere to proper physical distancing measures. Those who wish to wear masks at outdoor events are welcome to do so.
 
The updated attendance policy is subject to change due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Department of Athletics will continue to work with local and state officials to follow health and safety protocols based on current conditions.
