STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – The Thiel College women's tennis team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match Saturday to the Franciscan Lady Barons, 9-0.
 
Natalie Zgurich (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) and Sarah Haritos (Wilmington, Del./Concord) were defeated at first doubles by Maria Herrera and Ana Victoria Haddad, 8-2. Allyson Stanley (Oil City, Pa./Oil City) and Payton Blankenbeckley (Portsmouth, Ohio/Minford) were also defeated 8-2 at second doubles by Zoey Stapleton and Haley Davinsizer.
 
Thiel will return to action Thursday when they play the Washington & Jefferson Presidents on the road. The PAC match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
