GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel Tomcats men's basketball team defeated the Franciscan Barons, 96-83, in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game. This was the most points Tomcats' men's basketball has scored in a game since Jan. 5, 2017.

The game began close, with the two teams tied at 21 after eight minutes. The Tomcats broke the tie with two straight three-pointers, and never gave up the lead. In the second half, the Barons drew close with 10:18 left, bring the game to 70-69. However, the Tomcats outscored the Barons 26-14 the rest of the way to hang on and win.
