Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team defeated the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets and the Saint Vincent Bearcats Saturday in a tri-match at Waynesburg University's Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse.
 
Thiel won 3-1 in both matches.
 
Maria Torres (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) led Thiel against Waynesburg with 23 kills. Kylee Eaton (Parker, Pa./AC Valley) and Raquel McDonald (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) chipped in with 12 and 11 kills, respectively. Abby Triskett (Orwell, Ohio/Grand Valley) recorded 19 digs while Eaton tallied 16 digs. Danielle Aulet (Austintown, Ohio/Mineral Ridge) handed out 51 assists and notched three aces.
 
Torres tallied 19 kills and five aces against Saint Vincent. Erica Gregory (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser), Eaton and McDonald each recorded eight kills. Aulet registered 43 assists. Triskett led the Tomcats with 23 digs and also contributed four aces.

The Tomcats will face the Hiram Terriers on the road on Tuesday. The non-conference match will begin at 7 p.m.
