BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Thiel College men's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game to the Geneva Golden Tornadoes 83-62 on Wednesday.
Chima Omeihe (Lake Worth, Fla./Park Vista Community) came off the bench and led all scorers with a game-high 19 points. He also had five rebounds, two rebounds and steal. Nyric Gosley (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) and Ahmad Tejumola (Waldorf, Md./Saint Charles) grabbed a game-best eight boards and scored eight and seven points respectively.
Geneva had three players record double-digit point performances led by Nick Rusyn who scored a team-high 16 points.
The Tomcats will be back in action next Wednesday when they host the Westminster Titans. The PAC contest is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff.
