WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team dropped a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match as they were defeated by Waynesburg University 3-1 on Friday night. 
 
Despite the loss, the Tomcats will go on to face third-seeded Bethany College on Tuesday in Bethany, West Va. The match is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. Thiel is 0-2 against Bethany on the year dropping both previous contests in straight sets. 

This is the Tomcats first appearance in the PAC Championship Tournament since 2014 when the Tomcats went to the semifinals before falling to eventually champion Thomas More College in four sets.
