BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Thiel College women's soccer team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match to Geneva College on Saturday afternoon. The Tomcats fell 5-0 to the Golden Tornadoes.
Geneva got on the scoreboard early as Justice Newland scored in the 13' to make it 1-0. Geneva quickly answered again as Megan Schoeneweis scored in the 17' to put the game at 2-0.
The Golden Tornadoes scored three second half goals to take a 5-0 lead as Geneva maintained the shutout.

Chimamaka Palmer (Northfield, Ohio/Mayfield) made a game-high 10 saves.
The Tomcats will be back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 25 as they travel to Pittsburgh, Pa. to face Chatham University in a PAC matchup, kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
