CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Thiel Tomcats lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game on the road Wednesday to the Thomas More Saints, 113-57.
Taylor Duchon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) paced the Tomcats with 17 points while
Alivia Sidley (Thompson, Ohio/Ledgemont) scored 12 points. Also for Thiel,
Jess Vormelker (Orwell, Ohio/Grand Valley) grabbed seven rebounds and
Brijae Journee (Cleveland, Ohio/Villa-Angela St. Joseph) scored seven points.
Abby Owings led the Saints with 23 points while Madison Temple scored 18 points. Nikki Kiernan and Emily Schultz also scored 13 points apiece.
The Tomcats will return to action Saturday when they face the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets on the road. The PAC contest is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
