MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College men's soccer team suffered a 4-0 loss to the Allegheny Gators Thursday night during the opening day of competition in the NCAC vs. PAC Challenge.
The game was scoreless at halftime, but four different Gators scored over the final 45 minutes. Nick Dias led Allegheny with a goal and an assist.
Christian Conrad (Barberton, Ohio/Central Catholic) made eight saves for the Tomcats. David Stekla earned the shutout win for the Gators.
The Tomcats will continue play in the NCAC vs. PAC Challenge Saturday when they take on the Hiram Terriers in Meadville, Pa., at 4:30 p.m.
