BETHANY, W.Va – The sixth-seeded Thiel College men's basketball team fell to the third-seeded Bethany Bison 69-60 on the road in the quarterfinals of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship Tournament.
Clandell Cetoute (Wellington, Fla./Wellington) netted double figures in points with 10 points and also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds. Cetoute also rejected seven Bison shots, matching his career-high. The seven blocks is also tied for second-most in single-game Thiel men's basketball history.
Khari Bess (Waldorf, Md./Maurice J. McDonough) and
Leandra Jackson (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) paced the Tomcat offense with 14 points apiece.
Luke Kochka (Monroeville, Pa. /Gateway) recorded nine points with eight rebounds.
Liam Davis had a double-double for the Bison with 12 points and 15 rebounds
The Tomcats finish the season 12-14 and 10-8 in the PAC.
