GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest to the Saint Vincent Bearcats Wednesday at Beeghly Gymnasium, 77-62.
 
Taylor Duchon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) led the Tomcats with 20 points. It was her second straight game scoring more than 20 points. Also for the Tomcats, Hannah Stoneman (Sugarcreek, Ohio/Hiland) scored 13 points and Jaclyn Watkins (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) netted 10 points.
 
Mara Benvenuti scored a game-high 21 points for the Bearcats. Babette Sanmartin scored 18 points while Susie Ellis and Maria Morgan scored 16 and 14 points, respectively. Ellis also corralled a game-best eight rebounds for the Bearcats.
 
The Tomcats will take on the Grove City Wolverines on the road on Saturday. The PAC contest is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
