GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest to the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets Wednesday night at Beeghly Gymnasium, 83-55.
 
Addy Knetzer led the Yellow Jackets. The junior forward tallied a double-double with a game-best 23 points and 13 rebounds. Also for the Yellow Jackets, Haley Delaney scored 14 points while Mackenna Drazich netted 10 points.
 
Taylor Duchon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) paced the Tomcats with 12 points. Jess Vormelker (Orwell, Ohio/Grand Valley) scored 10 points and pulled down nine rebounds. Jessica Lovell (Washington, Pa./Trinity) also scored 10 points for the Tomcats.
 
Thiel (3-5, 1-2 PAC) will host the Kalamazoo Hornets tomorrow at Beeghly Gymnasium. The non-conference game is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
