ALMA, Mich. – The Thiel College men's lacrosse team earned a 6-5 non-conference victory Saturday on the road over the Alma Scots.
With the game tied up 5-5 after three quarters,
Aaron Parry (Erie, Pa./McDowell) scored the game-winning goal for the Tomcats early in the fourth quarter off a pass from
Edward Kargbo (Alexandria, Va./T.C. Williams).
Parry led the Tomcats with four goals on the day while
Mike Bryant (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) scored two goals. Tanner Diment paced the Scots with two goals.
Ryan Weldon (Centereach, N.Y./Newfield) earned the win, his fourth of the season, while making eight saves.
Thiel (4-2, 1-0 ORLC) will travel to New Concord, Ohio on Saturday, March 28 to take on Muskingum in another non-conference contest. The game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
