GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team was defeated 67-55 by the Grove City Wolverines in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest Saturday.
 
Jaclyn Watkins (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) recorded her sixth double-double of the season, scoring 20 points on 8-of-12 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds. She also added a block in the game.
 
Brijae Journee (Cleveland, Ohio/Villa-Angela St. Joseph) came off the bench to score nine points and dished out five assists. Taylor Duchon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) scored eight points while Kayla Welty (Portville, N.Y./Portville ) stole the ball three times.
 
Kathryn Erbelding scored 22 points with nine rebounds and eight steals for the Wolverines.
 
The Tomcats return to action on Monday, January 19 at 6 p.m. to take on the Penn State – Altoona Lions in a non-conference matchup.
