Box Score CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – Thomas More's Jessica Knaley' 14 kills led the Saints past the Thiel women's volleyball team 3-0 (25-23, 25-20, 30-28) Wednesday night.
Along with Knaley' 14 kills, the Saints got 39 assists from setter Becca Kuhn.
For Thiel, freshman
Alannah Keisling (Englewood, Fla./Lemon Bay) tied her season-high with 13 kills. The Englewood, Fla. product also hit a season-best .303 (13-for-33).
Junior
Alex Hall (Norwin, Pa./Norwin) dished out a team-best 19 assists, splitting time on the court with freshman
Jennifer Shelley (Port Allegany, Pa./Port Allegany). Hall also had 12 digs, while starting libero
Heather Reichenback (Erie, Pa./Harbor Creek) produced 23 digs for the Tomcats.
Thiel is back in action next Saturday, Oct. 5 for a road tri-match at Washington and Jefferson College. The Tomcats will take on Chatham University at 1 p.m., followed by the host Presidents at 3 p.m.
