Box Score GREENVILLE, Pa.– The Thiel College women's volleyball team returned to Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play on Tuesday by hosting the Thomas More Saints. The Tomcats dropped the conference clash by the final score of 3-0.
 
The Saints (14-4, 8-2) took the win by the set scores of 25-22, 26-24 and 25-19 over the Tomcats (2-21, 2-9). Junior Lauren Richey (Harmarville, PA/Springdale) led the home team with a team-high nine kills. Freshman Alannah Keisling (Englewood, Fla./Lemon Bay) chipped in eight kills, while fellow classmate Shaina Marini (Greenville, Pa./Greenville), making her first collegiate start, helped out defensively with three blocks.
 
Thiel returns to conference play on Thursday, Oct. 17, when the Tomcats travel to Latrobe, Pa., to face Saint Vincent. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
