GREENVILLE, Pa. – The women's volleyball squad rolled to a 3-0 victory over visiting non-conference opponent Marietta College on Friday evening at Beeghly Gymnasium.

Thiel (13-5) posted game wins of 25-17, 25-20, and 25-17.

Alyssa Chine (North Jackson, Ohio/Jackson Milton) tallied eight kills and 14 digs to pace the Tomcats. Kelly Barzak (Warren, Ohio/Howland) totaled 10 kills and a team-high four blocks while Stephanie Day (Millersburg, Ohio/Waynedale) totaled 19 assists and six digs.  Chelsea Meister (Liberty Center, Ohio/Liberty Center) supplied 10 assists and Olivia Sipos (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) finished with 17 digs.


The Tomcats are set to return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 9 when they travel to Saint Vincent College for a 7 p.m. match.
