CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ken. – The women's volleyball team suffered a 3-1 setback against Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Thomas More College Wednesday night.

The Saints (6-5, 2-0) cruised to 25-14 wins in each of the first two games before the Tomcats (6-6, 2-2) scratched out a 25-23 game three win. Thomas More responded with a 25-18 win in game four to secure the conference win.

Alyssa Chine (North Jackson, Ohio/Jackson Milton) totaled 10 kills and 15 digs while Megan Kay (Girard, Ohio/Liberty) added 14 kills. Chelsea Meister (Liberty Center, Ohio/Liberty Center) contributed 27 assists and 18 digs while Courtney Angelo (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) tallied 18 digs.

Thiel is set to return to action on Friday, Sept. 23 when they host Chatham University and La Roche College. The Tomcats will take on conference rival Chatham at 4 p.m. before facing La Roche at 8 p.m.
