WEXFORD, Pa. - The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) has announced the pairings for the 2008 PAC Volleyball Championship Tournament, which take place this week (Nov. 4-8) at campus sites.

Defending PAC champion Westminster College has earned the top seed and hosting rights for the 2008 PAC Volleyball Championship Tournament. The Titans of head coach Tammy Swearingen finished with a 13-1 PAC record and earned a first round bye. Westminster will host the semifinal and final rounds in New Wilmington on Friday and Saturday, Nov, 7-8.

The champion of the tournament will earn the PAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III playoffs. NCAA Division III playoffs in volleyball begin the week of November 10, 2008.

Admission for all PAC tournament games is $5 for adults, $2 for students and $1 for programs. PAC regular season passes are not accepted for PAC Tournament games.

Semifinal Round - Friday, November 7 (at Buzz Ridl Gymnasium - New Wilmington, Pa.)
Waynesburg/Thiel winner at #1 Westminster College (13-1 PAC, 23-10) - 6 p.m.
Grove City/Washington & Jefferson winner vs. #2 Thomas More College (11-3 PAC, 27-6) - 8 p.m.

Championship - Saturday, November 8  (at Buzz Ridl Gymnasium - New Wilmington, Pa.)
