Eli Nicklas carded a season-best 2-over 74 at the Grove City Invitational to tie for 11th in a 97-player field. Nicklas fired a 38 on the front nine and even-par 36 on the back. He had three front-nine birdies and pars each with one birdie and seven pars on the back nine.

Nicklas' 74 was his best 18-hole score of the season while his 11th-place finish was also a season best.
