Justin Logan returned a blocked extra point 98 yards for a two-point score in the second quarter Saturday in Thiel’s 30-27 win over Saint Vincent … His interception at his 26-yard line with less than 10 seconds remaining in regulation secured the win for the Tomcats … Logan also made two tackles.
