Corey earned the individual 133-pound title at Saturday’s Waynesburg University Invitational, helping lead the Tomcats to a third-place finish … Corey, currently 18-1 on the season and the top-rated wrestler at 133 pounds in the latest Brute – Adidas National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III rankings, is the first Tomcat wrester to garner all-American honors on three occasions … he has earned Dean’s List recognition in each of his seven semesters and has twice earned a spot on the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Academic Honor Roll … he has also been named a Scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) after each of his last two seasons … Corey has been named PAC Wrestler of the Week twice this season and was selected as a PAC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Scholar-Athlete of the Month for December 2011.
