Corey earned a second-place finish at the W&J Open Saturday, finishing the day 3-1 at 133 pounds … his only setback came in the championship final where he suffered a 3-1 loss to the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown's Ryan Link in the championship bout … Link entered the season third in the NCAA Division II preseason individual rankings … Corey, currently ranked fifth in the latest Brute – Adidas National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III rankings, is first Tomcat wrester to earn all-American status on three occasions … he has earned Dean’s List recognition in each of his six semesters and has twice earned a spot on the PAC Academic Honor Roll … he has also been named a Scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) after each of his last two seasons.
