Thiel College Athletics

Will Porter enters his first season as Defensive Backs Coach at Thiel in 2026.

A former defensive back at North Park University, Porter was a Student Assistant working with the Defensive Backs/Defensive Coordinator for the Vikings where he assisted in recruiting, special teams, film breakdown and practice planning. Porter also worked as a Defensive Graduate Assistant working with the B-Backers/Defensive Ends.

Porter began his collegiate playing career at PAC-foe Geneva College in 2020. He graduated from North Park with a degree in Sports Management.
