Torre Bogan joined the Women's Flag Football staff in January 2026 and will serve as the program’s first Defensive Coordinator, bringing over two decades of playing, coaching and leadership experience to the Tomcats.
A Cleveland, Ohio native, Bogan has been involved in football for more than 20 years, competing at the youth, high school, collegiate and national levels. He is a National Champion in competitive flag football, earning championship experience that has shaped his defensive mindset, preparation and leadership style.
Bogan played collegiately at Lake Erie College, where he developed a strong foundation in defensive strategy, athlete development and team leadership.
In addition to his role at Thiel, he is the Founder and Director of Ohio Flag Football Academy (OFFA), a youth and women’s development program focused on skill training, confidence building and character development. Through OFFA, he has worked with hundreds of athletes across Ohio, helping grow the game of flag football while preparing players for the next level.
