Chris Mott returns for his seventh consecutive season as an assistant in 2023.

Mott recently served as the head baseball coach at Badger high School in Kinsman, Ohio. A 1994 graduate of Marietta College, Mott was part of four Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Championships and advanced to the Division III College World Series twice. Mott was the OAC Tournament MVP in 1992, an honorable mention All-OAC and All-Mideast Region selection in 1993 and was a a two-time All-OAC Second Team member.
