Thiel College Athletics

College:  She is a current member of the Thiel Cross-Country team since 2007.  Her current personal best times are 22:23 in the Walsh Invitational for 5k and 26:57 at the PAC Championship Meet for 6k.  Currently a member of the Thiel Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams since 2006… runs mid-distance; main event is the 800m…awarded the Erin Neal Award freshman year.   

High School:  She was a member of the Butler High School Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams for 4 consecutive years as a sprinter…did not compete in Cross-Country in high school.  She is a 3 time letter winner for their indoor track team and 4 time letter winner for their outdoor track team.  She was awarded the 2005 Most Improved on the Track award sophomore year….coached by Rod Harris.  Personal:  She was the 2007-08 SAAC representative for the Thiel Cross-Country Team…on the Thiel College Dean’s List for 3 semesters and the PAC Academic Honor Roll for 2 semesters to date….has 1 brother, Aaron, 18 and a twin sister, Emma, 20...daughter of Kevin and Kim McAfee…majoring in Biology/Pre-Veterinary Medicine with a double minor in Medical Biology and Coaching.
