Thiel College Athletics

Samantha Steele is in her second season as an assistant softball coach at Thiel.

Steele is a 2006 graduate of Bethany College (WV), where she competed as a four-year member of head coach Jan Forsty's Bison softball squad. At Thiel Steele will work under third-year head coach Amy Schafer, a 2003 Bethany graduate and All-American catcher under Forsty.

Steele earned a bachelor's of science degree in psychology (scientific track) while graduating summa cum laude. She was named Greek Woman of the Year by her peers in 2005 and earned Dean's List honors eight times during her time at Bethany.
