Opened in time for the 2008 season, the Baseball Field at Tomcat Park is one of the finest natural grass fields not only in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference but all of Division III. The Tomcat Park Complex was made possible largely through a $1.2 million grant from the commonwealth of Pennsylvania - the largest-ever grant in the history of Thiel College – the complex is located just north of Roy Johnson Drive on West Campus, near Greenville Borough’s Riverside Park.
The baseball field features new LED scoreboards with inning-by-inning run totals in addition to bleacher seating behind each backstop. The baseball field also is served by a newly renovated, spacious, and elevated press box, as well.
