Biography

College:  He joined the team as a freshman in Fall of 2007...his best time was 28:40 at the Walsh Invitational.

High School:  His senior year his team finished second at WPIALs and qualified for the PA State Meet...he was a PA State Qualifier in the 800 meter and the 4x800 Meter relay his junior year...he also qualified his Senior year for the 800, 4x800, 4x400...he is also a 2 time WPIAL runner up in 800 meter.

Personal:  He is majoring in Elementary Education...he is the son of Blaine and Lynne Workman
