College: He joined the Thiel Cross-Country as a Sophomore after it was resurrected in the Fall of 2007...his personal best time is 30:23 at the Walsh Invitational. He is currently serving as SGA president . He is a member of Lamda Sigma honor society and Newman Society.
High School: He was a 3-time Triple Crown Athlete in cross country, basketball, and baseball. He also earned "Most-Valuable Runner", was named Arby's /WSEE's "Student-Athlete of the Week", and was a co-captain of the cross country team. While participating in Baseball and Basketball, he was awarded "Best Defensive Player" (basketball)...named "Most-Valuable Pitcher" (baseball)...and "Most-Valuable Player" (baseball). He also threw a "no-hitter", and was a co-captain of the baseball team. He was Student Council president, Leo Club vice president, and member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: He is majoring in History ans seeking Secondary Education Certification...he is also a member of the Distinguished Thiel Honor's Program...he is the son of Michael and Karen Woods
