GREENVILLE, Pa. (Sept. 18) -- The Thiel College Women's Tennis team fell 7-0 to newest Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) member Saint Francis University Friday evening from Tomcat Tennis Courts.
The Tomcats dip to 0-3 while the Red Wolves rise to 3-0.
In singles action,
Olivia Walker (Greenville, Pa./Greenville) fell 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5 while
Summer Stitt (Greenville, Pa./Greenville) fell by the same margin at No. 6.
Emmalea Zummo (Jeannette, Pa./Jeannette) took a game at No. 4 singles, but fell 6-0, 6-1.
In doubles play,
McKayla LeBeck (Baden, Pa./Ambridge) and
Ella Tautin (Saegertown, Pa./Saegertown) fell 6-1.
Thiel is back in action next Tuesday for a 5 p.m. PAC tilt at Waynesburg
