GREENVILLE, Pa. (Aug. 17) -- Thiel College Women's Tennis head coach Ken Stitt announced the Tomcats' 2026 fall schedule Monday morning. Stitt enters his first season at the helm as he looks to rebuild the Tomcat program into a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contender.
Thiel's 2026 fall slate features 12 contests, including seven showdowns at Tomcat Tennis Courts, nine PAC clashes and three non-conference matchups.
KEY DATES
Sept. 11: Season opener at Baldwin Wallace
Sept. 14: Home opener versus Fredonia
Sept. 18: Home clash against newest PAC member Saint Francis
Oct. 5-9: Three-match homestand
with contests against Franciscan (Oct. 5), Grove City (Oct. 7) and Senior Day against Ursuline (Oct. 9)
Oct. 16: Regular season final versus W&J

PROSPECTUS
Stitt enters his first season as head coach following his promotion from volunteer assistant coach. A longtime boys tennis head coach at nearby Greenville High School, Stitt compiled more than 200 wins, a .730 winning percentage and 11 region championships while leading the Trojans over 23 seasons.
The Tomcats return five players from last season's roster in 2026, including Chloe Walton (Lower Burrell, Pa./Burrell), Makayla Flock (Greensburg, Pa./Greensburg Salem) and Emmalea Zummo (Jeannette, Pa./Jeannette). Thiel's roster features six upperclassmen and six freshmen as Stitt begins laying the foundation for the future of the program.
