GREENVILLE, Pa. (Aug. 11) -- Thiel College Men's Volleyball is proud to announce its upcoming Skills Clinic and Prospect Camp, scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 6-7. Designed to foster player development and provide a platform for potential recruits, these events offer high-level instruction and competitive play for aspiring collegiate athletes.

The weekend will begin on Saturday, Sept. 6, with the Skills Clinic, open to boys in grades 9-12. This session will emphasize core volleyball fundamentals, performance, and physical cues, along with some 6v6 gameplay. Participants will work directly with Head Coach Henry Gorton, Assistant Coach David Gonzalez (El Paso, Texas/Eastwood) '25 and current members of the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) champion Tomcats in a hands-on, instructional setting.

On Sunday, Sept. 7, the Prospect Camp will welcome boys in grades 11-12 who currently compete at the club or high school level and are exploring collegiate volleyball opportunities. The camp will feature a fast-paced, competitive format, including advanced 6v6 drills and match play, to challenge athletes and evaluate potential fits for the Thiel program.

Registration for both events will close on Monday, Sept. 1 at 1 p.m. Participants are encouraged to register early to ensure they receive a spot. The cost to attend the Skills Clinic is $66 and the Prospect Camp is $65. Each session will run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and all athletes must bring a packed lunch or money for lunch.
