Box Score URSULINE, Ohio – The Thiel College women's tennis team defeated the Ursuline Arrows, 4-3, on the road Friday afternoon.

At first singles, Toby Atwood (Kittanning, Pa./Armstrong) fell to Giavanna Victor 4-6, 7-5, 4-6. At second singles, Emily Peters (Ravenna, Ohio/Ravenna) defeated Paris Hirsch 6-4, 6-1, while Megan Harding (Sharon, Pa./Sharon) defeated Abigail Cepek 6-1, 6-1 at third singles.

At first doubles, Atwood and Peters fell to Victor and Ajia Schreffler 6-2, while Mila Brdar (White Oak, Pa./McKeesport) and Harding defeated Hirsch and Cepek 6-0.

The Tomcats are back in action on Saturday when they host the Westminster Titans at the Tomcat Tennis Courts. The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
