GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game to the Grove City Wolverines Saturday at Maenpa Court at Beeghly Gymnasium, 100-63.
Lexy Wagner (Pittsburgh, Pa./Keystone Oaks), who was honored prior to the game during senior day, led the Tomcats with a game- and career-high 20 points.
Josie Lewis (Greenville, Pa./Greenville) scored 14 points and corralled five rebounds while
Kelsey Seddon (Cochranton, Pa./Lakeview) scored 12 points.
Maddy Triskett (Orwell, Ohio/Berkshire) scored nine points while
Jensen Stehlik (Sagamore Hills, Ohio/Nordonia) grabbed five rebounds.
Jaden Davinsizer led the Wolverines with 16 points. Kat Goetz scored 15 points and contributed eight rebounds. Mara Polczynski and Reese Hasley scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.
Thiel will face the Bethany Bison on the road Wednesday. The PAC game will start at 5:30 p.m.
