STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – Freshman guard Kelsey Seddon (Cochranton, Pa./Lakeview) paced the Thiel College women's basketball team with 18 points Saturday in an 89-53 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) loss on the road to the Franciscan Barons.
 
Seddon made 6-of-11 shots from the floor. She went 2-for-3 from three-point range and made 4-of-5 shots from the line. She also recorded three rebounds, a block and a steal.
 
Taylor Susany (Struthers, Ohio/Struthers) scored 11 points and led Thiel with six rebounds. Josie Lewis (Greenville, Pa./Greenville) scored nine points and grabbed four rebounds.
 
Caroline Reedy led Franciscan with a game-high 22 points. Mikayla Doan and Ilena Gonzales both had double-doubles. Doan scored 19 points and corralled a game-best 17 rebounds. Gonzales scored 18 points and recorded 10 rebounds.
 
The Tomcats will face the Allegheny Gators on the road Wednesday. The PAC game will start at 6 p.m.
