NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Thiel College women's tennis team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match on the road Tuesday to the Westminster Titans, 9-0.
 
Gia Francisco and Christine Rossi defeated Emily Peters (Ravenna, Ohio/Ravenna) and Payton Blankenbeckley (Portsmouth, Ohio/Minford) 8-2 at first doubles.
 
Ryleigh Valone beat Blankenbeckley 6-2, 6-0 at second singles while Caroline Fox topped Peters 6-0, 6-4 at third singles. Grace Askey won 6-0, 6-2 over Morgan Gerber (Millersburg, Ohio/Strasburg-Franklin) at sixth singles.
 
The Tomcats will face the Franciscan Barons on the road Saturday. The PAC match will begin at 3 p.m.
