BETHANY, W.V. – The Thiel College women's soccer team dropped a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest to the Bethany Bison, 3-0, Tuesday night on the road at Bison Stadium.
Bethany got on the board in the 21
st minute, and that would be all they needed.
Bethany added a goal in the 39
th minute, before a 68
th minute goal finished off the scoring.
Thiel was led by
Marysa Chuey (Hubbard, Ohio/Hubbard) who recorded on shot. In goal, senior
Samantha Hoffman (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) recorded nine saves for the Tomcats.
Bethany was led by Jada Benjamin who recorded a goal. Mary Marshall and Isabella Hage also recorded one goal each.
In goal, Corinne Grabow got the start for the Bison, before Hope Fair finished the second half.
The Tomcats are back in action on Saturday when they welcome the Westminster Titans to Alumni Stadium. The PAC match is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m.
