BETHANY, W. Va. – The Thiel College men's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game on the road 53-49 to the Bethany Bison on Wednesday.

Senior forward Michael Ricks (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland School of Architecture and Design) paced the Tomcats' offensive efforts with 12 points. He also grabbed six rebounds and handed out an assist. Chima Omeihe (Lake Worth, Fla./Park Vista Community) was one rebound shy of a double-double scoring 11 points and hauling in nine rebounds.

The Bison were led by Derek White Jr. who scored 12 points and accounted for six of his Bethany's seven assists.

The Tomcats will return to Beeghly Gymnasium when they host the Washington & Jefferson Presidents. The PAC game is scheduled for a 3 p.m. tipoff.
