MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's tennis team lost a non-conference match Tuesday on the road to the Allegheny Gators, 9-0.
 
Allyson Stanley (Oil City, Pa./Oil City) contended at third singles against Savannah Gray but lost 4-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-4). Diamon Butler (Washington, Pa./Washington) fell at sixth singles to Liz Evans 6-1, 6-3.
 
In No. 2 doubles play, Stanley and Abby Bowser (Freeport, Pa./Lenape Technical) fell to Gray and Hannah Schaffer, 8-6
 
The Tomcats will host the Fredonia Blue Devils Thursday. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
