WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Thiel College wrestling team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match Friday on the road to the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets, 40-6.
 
Jason Miller (Clarksville, Pa./Jefferson Morgan) scored all six of Thiel's points with a pin (3:34) over R.J. Hall at 149 pounds.
 
Three Tomcats suffered decision losses. Vincent Mion (Mount Oliver, Pa./Carrick) lost 8-6 at 141 pounds to Matt Lascola while Angelo Nunnari (Lockport, N.Y./Lockport) lost a 7-1 decision to Dan Verhovsek at 157 pounds. Gage Gladysz (Greenville, Pa./Greenville) dropped a 4-2 decision at 285 pounds to Jake Evans.
 
The Tomcats (7-3, 1-1 PAC) will return to action Friday when they take on the Thomas More Saints on the road. The PAC match is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
