GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College wrestling team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match 32-12 to the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets Friday night at Beeghly Gymnasium.
The Tomcats earned three wins on the night.
Vince Vahaly (Bentleyville, Pa./Bentworth) (133) picked up a forfeit win while
Austin Bonacci (West Mifflin, Pa./West Mifflin) (157) and
Chris Nuss (West Homestead, Pa/Central Catholic) (165) both earned decision victories.
Bonacci defeated Landon Lohr (11-4) while Nuss defeated Dan Verhovsek (6-2) thanks in part to a third-period reversal.

Giuliano Graziosi (Hanover, Pa./Hanover),
Cody Ellis (Andover, Ohio/Pymatuning Valley), Nuss and Vahaly were honored during senior day.
The Tomcats will return to action Saturday when they compete in the John Summa Invitational, hosted by Baldwin Wallace University.
