GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Thiel College women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) loss Thursday to the Grove City Wolverines.
 
Thiel's Lauren Wolfe (Anita, Pa./Punxsutawney) battled at No. 2 singles, but fell 6-2, 6-1 to Janine Jones. Also for the Tomcats, Wolfe and Sara Matczak (Erie, Pa./Fairview), and Shyann Foreman (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro) and Angela Campbell (Pittsburgh, Pa./Plum) teamed up for a pair of points apiece in 8-2 doubles losses.
 
The Tomcats will return to action Saturday when they travel to Pittsburgh, Pa., to face the La Roche Redhawks at 11 a.m.
